In partnership with another family-owned business (and our friends), Midland Ghost, we've created an exclusive hot sauce. Made with their famous, locally grown, first-generation Ghost Peppers and aged in our bourbon barrels for a rich, smoky, oaky heat. We mellow out the heat of the ghost peppers by adding some mild red peppers to the mix. The result is the perfect blend that makes this a smoky pepper sauce you can add a dash to just about anything from meats and vegetables to Bloody Mary cocktails.

Perfect Level of Heat
When I purchased this for my husband, I was a little worried about the heat level - but it’s great. Adding that hint of bourbon, it’s even better.

Flavor and Spice
Lots a flavor and just enough pepper to wake-up the taste buds. First, I tried it on fried chicken for lunch and on pork chops for dinner. The next day was lamb chops and steamed spinach. This some good pepper sauce.
My whole family loves this sauce. We even use it on cream cheese and crackers. I think we just try to figure out something to eat so we can use it. We absolutely love the pepper sauce. Thank you
