If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your Pappy & Company purchase, please return it, and we will refund or exchange your purchase. 

To make a return follow these instructions:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select "Complete Orders,"
  3. Find your order, and select "Return Orders."
  4. Fill out the return form and hit "Submit."

We will get back with you quickly to accept the returned shipment. 

Please be sure to ship the package with tracking and/or insurance, alongside a completed merchandise return form (see above). We cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
