SUMMER MAIN: CLASSIC BBQ SAUCE

Every seasoned griller needs a go to BBQ sauce for summer, and we have the perfect recipe. With the combination of our Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup and Barrel-Aged Pepper sauce, this sweet and tangy BBQ sauce will be a summer staple for all of your cookouts.

Ingredients For This Recipe


  1. 1 cup ketchup 
  2. ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 
  3. ¼ cup barrel-aged maple syrup
  4. 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  5. 2 teaspoons grainy mustard
  6. 1½ teaspoons sweet paprika
  7. 1 teaspoon Pepper Sauce  

How To Prepare

In a medium bowl, whisk together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, worcestershire sauce, grainy mustard, paprika, and hot sauce. Transfer the finished maple BBQ sauce to a sealable container and keep it in the fridge until ready to use.



Pro Tip:

Don’t feel like you need to limit the use of this sauce to just a rack of ribs, we’ve used it on chicken, salmon, and even cauliflower bites.  So go ahead and make a big batch you can use for more than one occasion.
