I was a bit hesitant about this - I mean...SPICY maple syrup? But let me tell you...I am hooked. I will use this for literally everything. It is great for stepping up craft cocktails made at home (love the spicy margarita recipe you shared!), will be a great marinade or glaze for food (hello, sticky wings!), and so many other things. It is also great on everyday foods like pizza...trust me, put it on your pizza. The very first thing I used it for was chicken and waffles - basically life changing-ly good.
Anything that you would use a hot honey for, you need to try this instead. It is a slow burn that doesn't linger, but the flavor is so good.
