Bar Knife

By far the best purchase of 2023. The knife is well balanced and beyond sharp. Directly on par with the Wusthoff and Benchmade Culinary knives that I currently have in my block. Also, it’s so very cool to have a blade made in my native SC sitting amongst the some of the world’s finest blades

Much appreciated birthday gift

Gave as a birthday gift to match the stave barrel cutting board he got for Christmas. Son said it was a beautifully made knife that is well balanced and quite sharp. He was very pleased to receive it.

Perfect match for barrel stave cutting board

This is the perfect tool for bar garnish, detail work and small slicing. Middleton made knives have an excellent comfort handle profile that is hand shaped on each knife. The barrel stave handle is unique to each knife.
Check out the videos under the knife description.
