DO POINTS EVER EXPIRE?

Yes, points that haven’t been redeemed after 12 months do expire. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder email 14 days before they’re gone.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY BALANCE?

You can track your points balance and tier status on your account page! We’ll also send you regular email updates so you know how many points you have. Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Signing up is easy and free! Simply create an account, and you’ll automatically be enrolled!

HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?

Pappy Points can be redeemed at the checkout for the specific amount you want to use. There’s also a rewards marketplace on your account page if you want to trade your points for exclusive products and offerings.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY PAPPY POINTS TIERS REWARDS?

As soon as you hit the next tier we’ll email you to let you know! You’ll immediately be able to enjoy that tier’s rewards. The only exception? Early access. While you’ll qualify right away, you’ll have to wait until we email you about our next Early Access event.

CAN I EARN POINTS ON EVERY PURCHASE?

Yes, points are earned on almost all purchases. However, some exclusions, such as gift cards or limited-edition items, may apply. Check the terms and conditions for details.

CAN I USE MY POINTS ALONGSIDE OTHER DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONS?

In most cases, you can’t combine points-based rewards with other discounts or promotions. However, you’ll still earn points on eligible purchases even during sales.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO USE MY POINTS DURING CHECKOUT?

No problem! Your points remain in your account until you’re ready to redeem them. Be sure to apply them next time you shop.

CAN I EARN POINTS BY REFERRING FRIENDS?

Yes! Go ahead and invite your friends to shop our store. We’ll give a friend $10 off their first purchase and you’ll earn 200 points if they spend over $75. Once you’re logged into your account, just click on “refer a friend” and we’ll send you a special link!
