Winner of the 2020 Good Food Awards. Aged in Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrels anywhere from 10 to 20 years old, this powerhouse syrup is perfect for pancakes but has a life well beyond Sunday morning in cocktails and recipes.

One of the first products we ever made, and it was golden right out of the gate. We partner with Bissel Maple Farm, a small family-owned company in Jefferson, Ohio, who share our dedication to quality — the result is a perfect blend of vanilla, oak, butter, and just the right hint of bourbon.

What makes our syrup special: The bourbon barrels are picked up immediately after they are dumped at the distillery, so the rare barrels don't sit in a warehouse for weeks before being filled. Once they arrive, the syrup is triple barrel-aged — it takes three barrels to make a single barrel of maple syrup, capturing a deep oak flavor no one else achieves. Our maple partners also hold quality certifications few in the maple industry have: a Kosher Cert from Ohio-K and a third-party audit from Merieux.
