Returns Information & Policies
We stand behind the quality and fit of all our products and always want to make sure that you're 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days on full-price items that follow the guidelines below:
Item must be in good quality, and in the original wrapping
Please note that all Sale items are Final Sale, and therefore not eligible for returns/exchanges.

If you have received something that is damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possible. Please start a new return request, and choose damage as the reason for return. We may ask for an image of the damaged/incorrect item after the return request is received. We will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product. For a general exchange or change of mind, we do not cover the postage costs for returns to be sent back to us.
We will get back to you with you within 48 business hours with directions on how to complete your return.
Special Product Considerations
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any of our food products due to health compliance laws.
Our cigars arrive sealed and shrink wrapped in cellophane. We are unable to accept returns on opened boxes. If the box is sealed and unopened, we will accept returns or exchanges on cigars within 7 days upon receipt.
Our barrel-made products are curated by hand and may vary in color and creed. These differences in variation are completely normal, and is what makes our Pappy & Company products unique. These slight variations do not affect the functionality of our products, and are not permissible as a consideration for a return or exchange without approval of a Pappy & Company customer representative.
