Handcrafted in Louisville from retired Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrel wood, this square cutting board balances rustic character with everyday function. Each board bears the Van Winkle crest and works beautifully as a cutting board, cheese board, or serving piece.

Care Instructions
As the natural wood of the bourbon barrel stave used to create this cutting board will dry out over time and use, we suggest periodically applying food safe mineral oil with a dry cloth, towel or sponge to maintain the care and luster. Rinse with mild soap and warm water and dry immediately. Never soak the cutting board in water and minimize overall exposure to water. Not dishwasher safe.
The Story
When distillation ends, genuine Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrel staves find new life in the hands of Louisville artist Jason Cohen, who transforms the charred wood into rustic-meets-modern cutting boards bearing the Van Winkle crest.
