In a small saucepan, muddle sage leaves and add Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup.
Heat over medium high until syrup comes to a boil then turn off heat and let steep for 15 minutes before removing the sage leaves.
Combine lemon juice, bourbon, sage syrup and an egg white into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until the shaker is ice cold.
Strain into a Signature Keys Coupe Cocktail Glass.
Garnish with a fresh sage leaf and an Orasella cherry.
