Care Instructions:

As the natural wood of the bourbon barrel stave used to create this cutting board will dry out over time and use, we suggest periodically applying food safe mineral oil with a dry cloth, towel or sponge to maintain the care and luster. Rinse with mild soap and warm water and dry immediately. Never soak the cutting board in water and minimize overall exposure to water. Not dishwasher safe.

Very nice and worth the price!

I bought this nice cutting board for small stuff and love it. It was so nice, I had to have the larger cutting board from Pappy. The 9x9in and the 15x15in are top quality, and a piece of the historical bourbon barrel process.

Handsome Cutting board

This barrel stave cutting board is a piece of art. Solid and handsome as the garnish board on the back of my bar. Quality craftmanship is evident in the details. I especially liked the curved detail at the logo end of the board, it shows the char from inside the barrel.
