Promotion Terms

These terms apply to all Pappy & Company promotions, sales, and promotion codes at pappyco.com. A specific promotion may have additional terms, which will be listed where the offer appears.

One promotion code per order

• Only one promotion code can be used per order. Promotion codes can't be combined with each other or with other offers unless the promotion specifically says so.
• This includes our 10% welcome offer, free shipping codes (such as Free Shipping Weekend), and sale, holiday, special event, partner, and referral codes.
• We can't add a second code, or swap in a different code, after an order has been placed.

Pappy Points

• Pappy Points aren't a promotion code, so you can use them on any order, including orders that use a promotion code or are placed during a sale.
• This includes points you redeem at checkout and Pappy Points tier rewards.
• Pappy Points are governed by the Pappy Points program.

Promotion dates and times

• Time-limited promotions, such as a promotion that starts at 12:00 a.m. on one date and runs through 11:59 p.m. on another, can only be honored on orders placed during that window.
• Promotion dates and times are based on your local time in the U.S. For orders placed from outside the U.S., Eastern Time applies.
• Orders placed before a promotion begins or after it ends aren't eligible. We can't extend a promotion or apply it to past purchases.
• Codes sent by email or text expire as stated in that message.

Free shipping promotions

• Unless stated otherwise, free shipping promotions apply to Standard Ground shipping to U.S. addresses. Expedited and international shipping aren't included.
• Cigars and other tobacco products are included in free shipping promotions. Every tobacco shipment still requires an adult signature (21+) on delivery.

Eligibility and exclusions

• Promotion codes can't be used on gift cards, previous purchases, or wholesale and corporate gifting orders unless stated otherwise.
• Some promotions exclude certain products. Any exclusions are noted in the promotion or shown at checkout.
  

General terms

• Discounts apply to eligible merchandise before shipping and taxes.
• Promotions have no cash value, can't be redeemed for cash, and aren't transferable or for resale.
• Refunds on promotional orders are issued for the amount actually paid, after discounts.
• Most promotion codes are limited to one use per customer, and limited-quantity offers are available while supplies last.
• We may cancel orders or remove discounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, technical errors, or misprinted offers.
• Promotions are void where prohibited by law. We may change or end any promotion at any time, and these terms are subject to change.
• These terms are in addition to our Terms of Use. Sweepstakes are governed by their own Official Rules.
