Welcome to The Woodshop, where barrels are transformed into timeless pieces that echo the spirit of bourbon.

Every piece in our woodshop is made to order by Louisville's own Jason Cohen and requires a 14 business day lead time. No two bourbon barrel staves are alike, so each piece will have its own distinctive color, richness, and aging scars.
