We have waited a long time for this one—12 years to be exact. Even after the coveted Pappy Van Winkle bourbon has been bottled and the wood dries out, the aroma of the whiskey still lingers in this authentic 12-Year barrel head. Every crack and crevice gathers character throughout the aging process. It's how we honor our bourbon heritage and the imperfections that make each barrel authentically one-of-a-kind.

This limited edition barrel head features the 12-Year bourbon’s famous label and is backed with felt so it can rest comfortably on an ottoman in your living room or atop your home bar. If you choose to hang your barrel head, we suggest one of our Bourbon Barrel Hoop Frames or a D-Ring Hanging Kit. 

Plus, each original barrel head is signed by our dad, Julian Van Winkle III, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. 

Because each barrel head is crafted from recently emptied barrels, there are slight variations in every piece that embrace its 12-year journey from inception to maturation.
