It's Pappy Hour: What We're Sipping In Spring

It's officially spring, which means we're loving these warmer temps, longer days and a bit more color in our life. This collection of spring inspired cocktail recipes showcase some of our favorite Pappy Hour sips. While our Old Fashioned's will remain a staple at the Pappy & Company bar, here are a few new ideas for spring time celebrations all of which use our barrel aged pure maple syrup, a must have for any bar setup.


Sweet Bourbon Sour

Shake all ingredients with ice for 15 sec and strain into a coupe glass, garnish on top with dehydrated lemon wheel.

Pimm's Cup

Muddle 2 prigs of mint, 2 cucumber slices and 2 Strawberries. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain liquid into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with Kombucha. Garnish with remaining Mint sprig, Cucumber and Strawberry as you'd like.

Sweet Peach Old Fashioned

Muddle 2 large slices of peach in a mixing glass and add all remaining ingredients. Stir with ice and strain back over crushed ice in a double old fashioned glass--we like to use this one from our Pappy & Company Pewter CollectionGarnish with peach slices and garnish flower of your choice.
