For the Ribs

  • 4 racks of ribs
  • Seasoning salt

For the Pappy & Company Barbeque Sauce:

Directions for the Ribs:

  1. Season the ribs with seasoning salt and smoke at 250 degrees for six hours
  2. Finish with Pappy & Company Barbecue Sauce

Directions for the Barbeque Sauce:

  1. Sauté onions in olive oil.
  2. Once brown, add the wet ingredients and then whisk in the dry ingredients.  
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
