Perfect match for barrel stave cutting board

This is the perfect tool for bar garnish, detail work and small slicing. Middleton made knives have an excellent comfort handle profile that is hand shaped on each knife. The barrel stave handle is unique to each knife.

Great for the bar kit

I have quite a few knives and know a good one when I see it. I'm not sure what the steel what type of steel the blade is made with, but it takes a sharp edge easily with my ceramic sticks. I use this almost exclusively for peeling oranges for an Old Fasihined.

Bought two as gifts and was sooo pleased to give them. Not only are they beautiful but the feel of holding the knife is amazing.
