Based in Charleston, SC, Short Court makes elevated pickleball equipment for modern players with a nod to traditional tennis. Our Pappy & Company X Short Court Pickleball paddle is USA Pickleball approved, featuring a textured carbon graphite surface with a versatile mid-weight and thickness to deliver spin, speed, and touch.

Custom made with a reversible double-sided, retro-inspired Pappy & Company design, the colors complement the heritage tennis look and feel. Our paddle is both fun and functional. So hop on a court, grab a drink to dink with us!

Meet Our Partner

Our Pappy & Company X Short Court Custom Pickleball paddle was made in partnership with our friends from Short Court. Founded in Charleston, S.C., by two friends and avid racquet sports enthusiasts, Ned Johnson and Neil Thomson, to create modern pickleball equipment with a nod to classic tennis design that pairs performance with style. Tapping into the idea that pickleball is meant to be fun, they consider themselves "Wimbledon, with a wink."
