Sweet & Spicy Gift Set

It was a nice assortment of items. My husband loved it.

Received the Sweet & Spicy gift set as a birthday present. It is an awesome gift because my Grandfather lived in Louisville and we all knew him as "Pappy." Brought back all kinds of pleasant memories.
The "spicy" sauce has a terrific flavor and just the right hint of heat. I love using it on scrambled eggs and biscuits with a slice of breakfast sausage. The Bourbon balls are a great desert with a hot cup of coffee.
Now I just need to cook up a pile of French toast and enjoy the syrup!

Excellent value for the price!

The hot sauce could be hotter, but it is very good. It's not vinegary like Tabasco which is great, I hate Tabasco. The maple syrup on the other hand, I'm not sure I'll got back to regular maple syrup again....this is SUPER AWESOME!!

Purchasing was very easy. The hot sauce is delicious. Recommend it to everyone. Haven't tried the syrup yet but look forward to it. How could it not be good!

My husband and I received the syrup as a gift because my husband is a small batch bourbon devotee and Pappy is on his bucket list. I however am not a bourbon fan, so I expected that I would not be a fan of the syrup. Was I wrong. This syrup is amazing. Wonderful aroma and the taste, thickness and sweetness check all the boxes for me. I sent this gift box to friends who also drink small batch bourbon and who like their food spicy as a host/hostess gift. I expect they will love it as much as I do. The only criticism I have is the price. It is a bit on the high side. But I have another host/hostess gift to send and I intend to send another gift box notwithstanding the cost. You get what you pay for. :)
