Aperol spritz, but with a Pappy twist! Nothing says summer like an aperol spritz but when you substitute prosecco with bourbon and a splash of our Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup, you have summer in a glass, and it never tasted so good.

Ingredient preparation Tips:
Make a batch in advance and pour over ice when you are ready to serve!
SHOP THE PRODUCTCombine bourbon, aperol, and maple syrup in a highball glass filled with ice.
Add club soda and squeeze the orange wedge into the glass
Stir to blend.
Rub a cut edge of an orange peel twist around the glass rim.
Add peel to glass, and serve!
