Award Winning Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Barrel-Aged Pure Maple Syrup

  • Winner of the 2020 Good Food Awards

Growing up, waffles trumped pancakes at our house, and when it came to syrup, our mom always served real-deal pure maple syrup over the sticky sweet grocery store variety. It was a beloved household staple and a natural fit when we first introduced pantry items to the Pappy & Company line. Produced by our friends at Bissell Maple Farm in Jefferson, Ohio, this extra-special maple syrup is aged in 10-to-20-year-old Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrels immediately after they’re dumped for bottling at the distillery, which lends this pure maple syrup a unique depth of flavor with rich bourbon-like notes of vanilla, caramel, butter, and oak.

Don’t limit this powerhouse syrup’s use to breakfast. It goes great in everything from salad dressings to cocktails. It's especially tasty drizzled over ice cream. See our Bourbon Lifestyle Blog for more recipe ideas.

Best Bourbon Maple Syrup Ever

Gifted to our son for Christmas. He discovered that it is amazing in his morning coffee. I would fry sliced apples in cinnamon and butter, cover with pancake batter, and serve with Pappy’s Bourbon Maple Syrup, fresh whip cream and sliced pecans…. a slice of heaven. I have eaten these pancakes every day since Christmas so now I have to replace the bottle of bourbon maple syrup that I gifted & finished !
