Reclaiming staves from our genuine Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrels once they have retired from lovingly aging the bourbon is one way we give them a second life. It also helps us in our continued efforts of sustainability. Made by our partners, River Run Workshop in Georgia, this tray can be hung by it's hoop handle for display when not in use.

Coated with a food safe finish, one side is smooth for serving and display, while the other features a drip ring for use as a proper coating board for slicing meat and fruit.
