Whisk together the whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk and Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup. Whisk in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
In a blender pulse 1/4 - 1/2 cup of pumpkin cream (to preference of amount of foam) for 10 - 12 seconds until thick and fluffy. Now you have pumpkin cold foam!
Top your coffee with a dollop of pumpkin cold foam, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or a drizzle of Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup if desired!

2 teaspoons Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup

1 cup cold brew concentrate (see recipe here for making cold brew using our Barrel-Aged Coffee)
